What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, the content of your request and any documents you send us. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used solely to answer your request, prepare a quote and carry out the work, based on your consent and on contract, in accordance with Icelandic Act No. 90/2018 and the GDPR.
Sharing
Data is shared only with translators, partners and authorities to the extent needed to complete the work. Email is hosted by Google Workspace and the website by Infomaniak in Switzerland.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to an order are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted. Order data is kept as long as accounting and liability rules require.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Icelandic Data Protection Authority (Persónuvernd).
